Carole Vis - Senior Recruitment Consultant
Carole Vis is a new addition to our recruitment team. Carole has lived in Cairns for the last 26yrs coming from Country Victoria.
Carol Vis is a founder of Business Vision and has over 19 years experience in business development /operations, marketing and financial management, throughout an array of diverse industries including business training and mentoring, community services, construction, health and beauty, retail and hospitality.
Carole has been recognised in Business through her many achievements including a Cairns Business Women’s Club (Cairns Business Women of the year 2001) nomination and winner of 2001 Jean Skea Encouragement Award, Building Industry Awards nomination and winning best home within the 175,000 category with Ron Vis Homes Pty Ltd.
Carole has also 9 years experience in the training industry, which includes managing the NEIS (New Enterprise Incentive Scheme) program, delivering Certificate IV in Business. In addition Carole worked closely with local RTO’s as a Business Trainer and Mentor.
During her many years of owning and operating businesses Carole acquired recruitment skills which, with the support of her training skills will ensure delivery of the right candidate to the right position for our clients and candidates alike.
Carole’s motivational and inspiring attitude, coupled with her vast experience across the different industries puts her in a great position to offer our clients and candidates the wholesome approach to recruitment.
